At the ceremony of the Asia-Pacific Tourism & Travel Federation (APTTF) annual awards 2019, Hanoi Daewoo hotel was honoured in two prestigious awards categories.

Erwin R. Popov, general manager of Hanoi Daewoo hotel, received two awards for Best Luxury City Hotel and Hospitality Superstars

APTTF is an annual celebration honouring the best organisations and individuals across all key sectors of the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries in the Asia-Pacific region. Online public voting is conducted directly on the APTTF website and the winner will be selected by the Board of Governors and Members of the APTTF annual awards committee 2019.

At the event, Hanoi Daewoo hotel was honoured as the Best Luxury City Hotel. At the same time, Erwin R. Popov, general manager of Hanoi Daewoo hotel, proudly received the title of Hospitality Superstars.

“One of the top goals of Hanoi Daewoo hotel is to bring customers perfect and memorable service experiences. The APTTF awards 2019 is a testament to the efforts of more than 600 hotel employees who have joined and accompanied me in the process of operating the hotel,” Erwin R.Popov shared.
