A major engineering and manufacturing community exhibition is set to take place in Hanoi next month, which will play a vital role as a trade bridge in the field of engineering and manufacturing industry in the north.

The industry space has approximately 25,000 manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam which is set to show significant development potential in the forthcoming years.

MTA Hanoi 2022 will officially open to visitors from October 12-14 at I.C.E - International Centre for Exhibition, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.

The exhibition takes place amid an exciting backdrop, with numerous programmes to support the growth of the industrial area in the north. While Bac Ninh province promotes the development of supporting industries, Hanoi focuses on business alliances locally and within the scope of the wider country.

Additionally, Hung Yen intends to integrate into the global supply chain gradually. Long-term plans are also being fully rolled out in provinces and cities such as Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, and Haiphong, where the manufacturing industry is developing robustly.

Strong shifts in the global supply chain have forced many multinational corporations to pay attention to and promote investment in the Vietnamese market. However, given that Vietnam's industrial areas are still limited, many cannot adapt technological advancements to the manufacturing process, which severely restricts the industry from taking part in international value chains.
