Designed to be a destination for customers and advisers alike, the MClass office will help make financial solutions simpler and more accessible through a combination of human interaction and technology.
Set across eight floors and incorporating more than 8,000 square metres of office space, MClass will seat up to 7,000 financial advisers and includes a new cutting-edge TechLounge and Branch Customer Service counter.
The TechLounge will give customers direct access to advisers and Manulife Vietnam’s digital end-to-end solutions such as ePOS and eClaims, creating opportunities for more meaningful conversations.
Stocked with the latest in touchscreen tablets and loaded with Manulife Vietnam’s suite of apps, advisers can use the TechLounge to draft contracts and conduct online transactions as part of a fully immersive digital customer experience.

As one of the country’s leading life insurance providers, Manulife Vietnam’s team of advisers serve close to 1.5 million customers nationwide. Manulife Vietnam secured the top position in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 2021 rankings, with a record 1,669 advisers becoming MDRT members.
The Branch Customer Service counter and TechLounge are expected to serve up to 2,500 customers per month.
