Indochina Land wins four awards

Indochina Land,one of the biggest portfolio real estate developers in Vietnam, has received four awards across a range of categories from the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2012.

Organised by Ensign Media, the awards presentation and gala dinner was held in Singapore recently with participation of companies representing  Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia and Indonesia.

The awards received by Indochina Land include Highly Commended Best Developer in Vietnam, which recognised Indochina Land’s entire Vietnam real estate portfolio for its excellence.

Hyatt Regency Danang, the resort and residential development on Vietnam’s Central Coast, won two awards, namely Best Condo Development (Vietnam) and highly commended for Best Villa Development (Vietnam).  Indochina Plaza Hanoi, Indochina Land’s first landmark development in Hanoi, was highly commended for Best Condo Development (Vietnam).

“Winning these awards is truly an honour, and we are humbled to accept this prestigious award, as well as those for Indochina Plaza Hanoi and Hyatt Regency Danang,” said Peter Ryder, CEO of Indochina Land. “We are pleased to share the honor with an exceptional team of international designers with whom we collaborated on these two projects, including RMJM Architects, Gravity Partnership of Hong Kong, Benwood Studio Shanghai, PTW Architects and Diana Simpson Design from Australia.”

Ensign Media, publisher of Property Report South East Asia Magazine, launched the second South East Asia Property Awards to recognise the crème de la crème of the region’s residential real estate industry.

2012 has been a banner year for Indochina Land, having won multiple awards for its projects throughout the year.

In addition to these four Southeast Asia Property Awards, at the Asia Pacific Property Awards this spring, Indochina Plaza Hanoi, Hyatt Regency Danang were each recognized for excellence in development and design with Best Apartment (Vietnam) and Best Hotel development (Vietnam).

The Nam Hai was listed in the “Top 15 Resorts in Asia” in 2012 Readers’ Choice Awards alongside multiple other awards, again proving the high level of customer satisfaction among those who have experienced this luxury resort.

Meanwhile, Six Senses Con Dao was recognised as the Best Hotel and Tourism Resort 2012 (MIPIM Awards).

In 2012, Montgomerie Links added another accolade with Forbes Travel Guide voting the Colin Montgomerie designed championship golf course “as one of Asia’s ten most elite courses”, complementing its 2010 and 2011 Best Course in Vietnam award as voted by Asia Golf Monthly.
