People who move on the road for legitimate reasons but do not know how to declare their movement are receiving dedicated guidance from patrol forces.

On August 29, Ho Chi Minh City has made it compulsory for people to declare their movements through the city. People can scan QR codes to make a declaration in advance from home so that they do not have tomake a declaration at checkpoints to reduce crowds. On the other hand, people can also have functional forces help them make a declaration.
