Building on a strong 20-year foundation, Greenfeed remains focused on enhancing productivity and refining its 3F Plus integrated chain of Feed (animal feed)- Farm (farming solutions)- Food (food products), while prioritising sustainable development for both its people and communities.

Accompanying livestock farmers and consumers

In animal feed production, Greenfeed is committed to maintaining a stable and standardised source of raw materials to ensure product quality.

The company continuously refines feed formulas tailored to the different growth stages of livestock, using data-driven insights from the production process.

This approach helps produce high-quality, nutritionally balanced animal feed. Additionally, Greenfeed integrates new nutritional technologies, such as the increased use of plant extracts and beneficial microorganisms, to enhance nutrition and replace antibiotics.

Apart from animal nutrition, Greenfeed recognises high-quality breeding stock as a crucial component for sustainable livestock farming.

In August, the company imported over 400 great-grandparent pigs from the US swine industry leader, Pig Improvement Company (PIC), to its new breeding centre in the central province of Quang Tri.

This move aims to meet the growing demand for premium breeding stock in the central market, particularly in the north-central region.

Greenfeed’s breeding pigs are raised in state-of-the-art barns equipped with advanced automation, modern technology, and stringent biosafety controls, ensuring high productivity and minimising production risks.

Currently, the company is introducing its pig breeds to farmers across Vietnam and several other countries in the region.

The strict breeding selection process and modern practices result in clean meat products under the G-Kitchen brand, free from antibiotic residues and growth stimulants.

The chilled meat is butchered and packaged at 0-4 degrees Celsius in accordance with European standards.

Each product is fully traceable, from breed name and origin to vaccination schedule, packaging time, and its journey from farm to retail outlets. For processed products, G-Kitchen aims to blend new flavours and specifications, catering to the refined culinary preferences of the high-end customer segment.

Promoting sustainable livestock farming and local communities.

Committed to community development, Greenfeed has spent over 15 years working alongside farmers to improve their livelihoods by offering interest-free loans and training courses on livestock farming skills.

The company has also helped millions of underprivileged students by providing scholarships to support their education, and it has delivered nearly three million nutritious meals to disadvantaged children in the weaning stage.

Greenfeed focuses its environmental efforts on the ‘Sustainable Resource Management’ programme.

In 2023, the programme reduced 1,091 tonnes of plastic through its silo-based automatic feeding system, cut 9,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions, and provided thousands of tonnes of organic fertiliser for agricultural use.

Towards a humane, fulfilling working environment

Greenfeed is dedicated to training and developing leadership and management skills among its people while nurturing the next generation of talent for the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sectors.

With a focus on diversity and inclusion, the company’s recruitment and training initiatives respect regional origins, gender, and religion.

In particular, Greenfeed has set a goal of increasing the representation of women in senior management positions to 40 per cent by 2030.

In its efforts to create a humane working environment, Greenfeed has been running the “Chap Canh Uoc Mo” initiative since 2015. The initiative awards scholarships and provides tuition support to children of employees with difficult living conditions, helping them pursue their dreams.

Putting sustainable growth at the centre, Greenfeed strives to share the good results of business activities with partners, customers, and employees while making positive contributions to the domestic and regional communities.
