This is the sixth consecutive year that AEON Vietnam has been named among the Best Companies to Work for, while this is the first time AEON has been honoured in the DEI category, recognising the company’s efforts in building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Internal surveys are regularly carried out, such as the 'happiness survey', ensuring that all AEON employees are heard and able to share their opinions. Employees are free to contribute on topics that help improve working conditions and create an inclusive and cohesive work environment.
The retailer also organises various sports activities such as football and badminton. Employees are encouraged to maintain their mental health through community activities such as blood donation drives, tree planting day, and cleaning day.
With nearly 6,000 employees, the retailer also focuses on promoting a coaching culture to unleash the potential of each individual through activities such as career coaching, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team coaching.
With a continually expanding strategy and diverse business models, AEON Vietnam currently provides over 9,000 job opportunities for both external and internal personnel.
The company focuses on developing recruitment policies, enhancing the quality of training programmes, and retaining talents. The HR Asia Awards is an annual international event organised by HR Asia, a top human resources magazine in Asia, aimed at evaluating and honouring companies with outstanding human resource policies, attractive benefits, and top-notch working environments in the region.
In Vietnam, the survey was conducted at 704 companies with 53,250 employees ranging from entry-level to senior management positions, including CEOs and HR directors.
