Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate buyers and owners, announced the significant strengthening of its senior leadership team with the appointment of Trang Bui as general manager from January 11.

Trang will have management responsibilities for the business with a focus on the transactional services lines, oversee business activities across the market, and drive strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and transaction opportunities.

Commenting on the new hire, Anshul Jain, managing director and head of India & Southeast Asia at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) said, “Trang is a well-respected and valued leader within real estate market, and I look forward to working with her in this new role. The new appointment enhances our leadership team as we commit to expanding our Vietnam operations.”

Trang Bui has worked for over 16 years in the Vietnamese real estate market, having been a head of Client Development and Transactions with JLL Vietnam prior to joining C&W, and holding key senior positions at several international service providers.

Commenting on her appointment, Trang said, “I’m delighted to be joining C&W and looking forward to leading the already well-established professional team here. As the Vietnam property market matures, developers, residents, and occupies are expecting better quality in real estate consulting services, and C&W will be at the forefront to deliver international standard services here.”

C&W is among the largest real estate services firms with approximately 50,000 employees in over 400 offices and 60 countries. In 2020, the firm had revenues of $7.8 billion across core services of property, facilities, and project management, as well as leasing, capital markets, valuation, and other services.
