Thanks to the group's core value, it has step by step overcome hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, the group's culture was built from the wish to contribute to solving problems.
Talking about companies' difficulties in taking operations online during the pandemic, Tran Ngoc Bich said, “As the pandemic grows more complex, connections between leaders and employees are becoming more fragmented as we work from home. This reduces sense of unity, and to some extent labour efficiency.”
The pandemic has required Tan Hiep Phat to adapt, and by leveraging the core values cultivated since its first days of operation, the company has faced up and gradually overcame difficulties.
Specifically, the core values that Tan Hiep Phat leaders have been pursued since the company's foundation in 1994 are Customer satisfaction; World-class quality; Corporate social responsibility; Nothing is impossible; Master of the job; Today is better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow; and Being honest.

Besides communicating about business culture, every six months the company reviews outcomes of eachendeavour made by the employees. Thus, employees are encouraged to take positive action and contribute to the growth of Tan Hiep Phat.

Leveraging strong unity and brave soul, Tan Hiep Phat has posted laudable achievements amid the pandemic.
Accordingly, after 80 days of operating under the "stay at work" scheme, the company has maintained stable work tempo thanks to its dedicated teams. While delivering orders on time to partners, the company made efforts to transport more than two million of its products to support frontliners.

According to the company leadership, COVID-19 is a direct challenge and it is essential to muster the spirit "Nothing is impossible" for every task to get through.

Bich shared that despite the pandemic, the company set ambitious targets and has been rapidly adapting to the new situation while promoting leadership-employee unity.
“During the pandemic, we had to constantly change our work arrangements to come to terms with mounting difficulties. However, with the spirit of 'Nothing is Impossible’, we have been succeeded in looking for a way out together, through constant improvement,” Bich said.
The core values not only help Tan Hiep Phat to survive the COVID-19 storm but also help the group to pursue a consistent vision of rising into Asia’s leading food and beverage player. To this end, the group is focusing on healthy products for Asian consumers, with international quality.
