This landmark partnership is set to transform the country’s healthcare landscape, bringing advanced AI, predictive analytics, and patient-centric care to millions.
Cognisian is an AI-driven healthcare solutions provider headquartered in Singapore and founded by Prithvi Puttaraju, a serial tech entrepreneur with over three decades of experience. Cognisian brings together a world-class team of AI and healthcare experts to create cutting-edge solutions for hospitals and clinics across Southeast Asia.
Cognisian’s AI-driven healthcare solutions include Caresa and Chanakya Health Analytics. Caresa is the AI-powered Patient Journey Management Platform that enhances patient care and engagement by streamlining appointments, treatment, and post-care support processes, integrating with electronic medical records. Meanwhile, Chanakya Health Analytics is an AI-powered clinical decision support system that provides real-time patient data analysis, personalised treatment recommendations, and predictive diagnostics to improve clinical outcomes.
Caresa and Chanakya seamlessly integrate with medical devices and imaging systems, enabling hospitals and clinics to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimise patient outcomes.
Cognisian’s transformative AI solutions will be deployed at Thanh Binh Center Clinic, a new initiative by Truong Thanh Son, founder of Trung Son Healthcare and owner of Trung Son Pharmacy, the Mekong Delta’s largest pharmacy chain.
Son, a pioneer in accessible and preventative healthcare, aims to build the "Starbucks of Clinics", rolling out 100 AI-powered clinics across all 63 provinces in the next five years. As a part of the Trung Son Healthcare system, Thanh Binh Center Clinic is redefining primary care by offering quality treatment, affordability, and AI-driven patient engagement, making healthcare accessible to underserved communities.
To be launched in August 2025 at Thanh Binh Centre Clinic’s flagship location in Can Tho, Cognisian’s Caresa and Chanakya platforms will be a role model of smart healthcare for Trung Son Healthcare's system with multiple benefits. The platforms will empower doctors and nurses with AI-driven real-time patient insights and predictive analytics while streamlining clinic operations and integrating data from PACS, the Internet of Things, lab reports, X-rays, and CT scans into comprehensive reports.
Other benefits include enhancing patient engagement through continuous post-care support and personalised health plans, optimising financial and operational decisions, reducing costs, and unlocking new revenue streams.
By combining Cognisian’s advanced AI innovation with Trung Son Healthcare’s market leadership, this partnership is set to position Vietnam as a regional leader in AI-powered healthcare. It marks a transformative moment in Vietnam’s digital healthcare evolution, setting new global standards for accessible, AI-powered patient care.
"At Cognisian, we believe that AI should not replace doctors but empower them. Our mission is to be an AI co-pilot for healthcare professionals, making their work more meaningful, impactful, and efficient. With Thanh Binh Center Clinic, we are not just implementing AI, we are building a sustainable, scalable, and patient-centred healthcare ecosystem that will serve millions of Vietnamese citizens,” said Puttaraju.
"Quality healthcare should be available to everyone, not just those in urban centres. With Cognisian’s AI solutions, we are making world-class care accessible across Vietnam, ensuring that prevention, early diagnosis, and continuous patient support become the foundation of our healthcare system," Son added.
