To whom it may concern,
The Second Secondary Education Sector Development Programme (SESDP2) was built upon the educational reforms supported by the First Secondary Education Sector Development Programme and financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with the aim of introducing new means of action to improve the quality and relevance of secondary education, improve equitable access for disadvantaged youth, as well as strengthen educational management.
A half-day conference is scheduled for 9.00am (UTC+7) on September 5 (Saturday) by SESDP2 to provide participants with information about the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) equipment packages that are going to be carried out by the programme.
The conference shall be held in both forms of an offline meeting at Hacinco Hotel located at No.110 Thai Thinh street, Dong Da district, Hanoi, Vietnam or virtual meeting.
