Vinpearl to display star quality

With the rare natural beauty as considered as one of the six most beautiful beaches on the planet as voted by Forbes magazine and the infrastructure continuously improved and upgraded by the local authorities’ policy, Danang City’s beach completely become a rival of Phuket Thailand and Bali Indonesia, however, the city currently still faces up the lack of luxury vacation property project, experts said.

David Scribner, a Vietname-based partner of Scribner & Partners, Inc. New York City in USA, a research and consultancy company offering advisory services on an international basis said “Though the Danang market lacks the critical mass of hotel rooms in markets such as Phuket Thailand or even Bali Indonesia, there are a substantial number of hotel rooms available.  A quick review illustrates over 120 hotels in the Danang-Hoi An market but only a small percentage are luxury.”

In Phuket, the top 10 luxury hotels include the Renaissance, the Andora Resort & Villas, and the JW Marriot to name a few.  In Danang there are not enough hotels to list the top 10 luxury at this time. Though there are very nice luxury hotels including the Nam Hai, Fusion Maia, Furama Resort, Silver Shores International Resort, Swiss Belhotel Golden Sand Resort and Spa there is thought to be an undersupply for the size and quality of the My Khe beach, according to Scribner.

Nguyen Trong Hien, Vinpearl JSC’s chairman said “Danang is a Vietnamese Centre’s gate and also is a centre of Vietnam Heritage road. It is very easy for visitors comes to Danang to visit UNESCO World Heritage sites such as My Son Sanctuary, the old quarter of Hoi An and Hue Citadel. The current Danang market still lacks of luxury resorts and will extremely lack of luxury ones in the near future when the city become the best urban tourism in Asia as experts’ predicts.”

Hien also said that the deficiency for extreme luxury vacation property projects in the city was the rare chance for Vinpearl JSC to open its 15.4ha Vinpearl Luxury Danang, the second luxury resort in chain of tourism projects branded “Vinpearl Luxury” after the recent launch of Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang last month.
