Nguyen Phuong Khanh became the first Vietnamese representative to win one of the six largest beauty pageants in the world during 2018.

Catriona Gray from the Philippines was eventually crowned Miss Universe 2018 at the pageant in Thailand. The 24-year-old beauty won people’s hearts for her outstanding beauty, talent and various community activities.

Catriona Gray was also the winner of the Miss Philippines 2016 and Miss Universe Philippines 2018 pageants. In 2016 she represented the Philippines at the Miss World beauty pageant and was listed among the Top 5.

Vanessa Ponce of Mexico was crowned Miss World 2018. The 26-year-old graduated after studying international business, and currently works as a model and a TV host. She was the winner of Mexico's Next Top Model 2014. She has taken part in a variety of social organizations that assist poor people.

This year the Miss World 2018 organizing board gave only one runner-up spot. The title went to the Thai representative.

Her target primarily focuses around promoting reading among children, especially the poor, who have difficulty accessing books.

Clara Sosa from Paraguay was crowned as the winner of Miss Grand International 2018. She fainted on the stage after being announced the winner.

The crown of Miss Supranational 2018 went to Valeria Vazquez Latorre from Puerto Rico. The 24-year-old girl stands at 1.79 meters tall and is currently a model.

Clara, 24, currently works as a chef and a model. Her dream is to open her own restaurant in the future.

One of the 6 world beauty queens this year was Vietnamese beauty Nguyen Phuong Khanh who won the Miss Earth 2018 title. She represented Vietnam at the world pageant after being placed as the second runner-up of Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018.

During Miss Earth 2018, Phuong Khanh won many medals including a gold medal in the national costume segment, a silver medal in the swimsuit segment and a gold medal in the evening gown segment.
