In recent years, BSH has scooped enviable achievements in Vietnam’s non-life insurance market. Along with this, during 2019-2021 with an average growth rate reaching 48 per cent, BSH was one of the insurance companies with the highest growth rate in the market. The company’s position has been constantly improving.

Along with increasing scale and market share, BSH’s service quality has been continually improved, paying due heeds to after-sales service, enhancing the transparency of insurance information, and shortening claim settlement time.

Multiple customer care channels on digital platforms have been applied to increase touchpoints with customers, allowing quick access to customer feedback as well as resolving their commitments within set time frames.

In addition, BSH continues promoting digital business models and tech applications to optimise operational processes, approaches, and accompany customers on all platforms.

Leveraging the set achievements, BSH has been recognised by domestic and foreign organisations with a raft of prestigious awards, including being named among the Top 50 Vietnam best growth 2020 by Vietnam Report (VNR), Top 10 leading brands in Vietnam 2020 voted by Brand Asia, Top 10 prestigious non-life insurance brands 2021 voted by VNR, and many others.

In a bid to meet burgeoning governance requirements for BSH’s development, Nguyen Van Truong, BSH’s former deputy general director, took on the position of the company’s general director.

With 21 years of experience in the non-life insurance field and extensive financial knowledge and governance expertise, Nguyen Van Truong is expected to further foster the achievements of his predecessors and lead BSH to new heights.

The Saigon-Hanoi Insurance Corporation ranks currently third among the 50 fastest-growing companies in the market and has been voted as one of the 10 most prestigious insurance brands in Vietnam by VNR. BSH currently has 48 member units, with more than 80 sales offices serving customers all over the country.
