The price cut decision bases on the ministries’ calculation and fuel prices registered by wholesalers in the principle of ensuring interest of consumers, enterprises and the State.
Gasoline is expected to maintain the current price and the price stabilisation fund that provides a to subsidy to petrol,at VND300/litre is still the same.
Since the beginning of this year, domestic petrol prices have been increased six times and also been cut six times. The price of A92 gasoline was slashed from VND23,650/litre to VND23,150/litre on November 11.
