Founder Thanh Bui and key collaborators celebrated the launch of Embassy Education

Embassy Education Group, founded by Vietnamese-Australian entrepreneur Thanh Bui, aims to offer an integrated learning experience for children from pre-school to high school and beyond, with an emphasis on developing the next generation of ambassadors and global citizens for Vietnam.

The group boasts of collaborating with various education researchers and institutions around the world. The list includes Reggio Children (Italy) to bring the first Reggio Children Exhibition and Atelier to Vietnam, as well as Harvard Graduate School of Education – Project Zero (PZ), University of Turku (Finland), and 180 Studio (US).

"The world will continue to change, and we don't know what the future will look like, but if we equip our children with strong core values: respect, integrity, understanding, and responsibility, I believe that this will build ambassadors for the country who are also true global citizens,” said founder Thanh Bui, who also runs a music and performing arts school in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speakers at the first summit held by Embassy Education

As part of its launch, Embassy Education has hosted the two-day Seed & Spark Summit to discuss the future of learning and the need to reimagine learning in the 21st century. During the summit, guest speakers from Stanford University, the Lego Foundation, and the Blue School joined Embassy Education’s core collaborators to talk about various aspects of education, including creativity, teaching skills, and global competencies.

The event is the first of a series of educational activities by the Embassy Education to bring updates in the world of education to Vietnam.

“Children deserve the best education that their parents can afford. This means investing in one of the most important elements, or the building blocks, of a country,” said Professor Kalervo Vaananen from University of Turku (Finland).
