It is an honour for many domestic companies to attend the Vietnam Value Programme, and MobiFone’s participation this year shows that the firm has prepared itself and its products well to get chosen.
The programme is the government’s unique and long-term trade promotion effort, aiming at building and developing national brands. Throughout its history of 17 years, the programme has achieved many positive results, attracted the attention of many local and foreign businesses, and created a wide-reaching reputation for them as well as for the country. Showcased brands can represent Vietnam and its national brands, thereby contributing to lift the image of the country as one with high-quality goods and services.
By participating in the programme, businesses are supported with consultancy on product trademark and their registration, geographical indications, and are allowed to use the programme’s database of market, product, and customer information. Moreover, these companies are also guided in developing specific strategies and action plans, as well as gain legal support in trade disputes about trademarks and other issues.
For these reasons, MobiFone applied for this year’s promotion programme and was chosen with five of its products as the company satisfied the organising board’s criteria, such as a modern production and business management, eco-friendly technology, advanced quality, and the trust from its customers.
As such, MobiFone was recognised in the programme with the special role of a national digital service provider, in addition to the role of a telecom operator, which has repeatedly been standing at the top of Vietnam’s most valuable brands. As for any business participating in the Vietnam Value Programme, MobiFone can take the opportunity to comprehensively evaluate its activities, business results, and branding strategy.
The company has shown its determination in digital transformation from early on and has brought into play its strength in telecommunications to build a high-speed internet system and create the foundation for the digital transformation of others.
The five recognised products in this year’s programme are its smart communication solution, the 3C cloud contact centre, the mSale distribution and sales channel management software, its big data communication solutions, and the sales services app mSocial. These products and services have been deemed outstanding by the organising board, and previously contributed to earning MobiFone’s brand a place among the top five IT and telecom enterprises as well as several other awards.
Previously, the company was honoured with the Gold Stevie Award, an international business award that recognised MobiFone’s Smart Broadcasting solution, which replaces the traditional FM broadcast system and overcomes its shortcomings by combining smart home and city elements to strengthen the connection between government and people. The so-called “new ward speaker” has already entered the lives of people across the country from Hanoi to localities such as Haiphong, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, and Nghe An.
Meanwhile, MobiFone’s 3C cloud contact centre provides businesses with a powerful, unified multi-channel communication and customer care tool in the cloud to enhance branding and optimise the cost of a company’s private branch exchange system. Launched in 2017, the 3C solution has been favoured by not only large enterprises but also smaller businesses because of its simple implementation and the possible savings compared to traditional solutions.
Two other recognised products are the distribution and sales channel management software mSale and the big data MobiFone communication solution – both of which have won the prestigious Sao Khue award. While mSale is an effective market management tool, that enables monitoring of sales and retail point-of-sales, big data has been widely used to promote products to up to 30 million MobiFone users. Both systems have contributed significantly to MobiFone’s impressive revenue and business growth.
Finally, MobiFone’s mSocial allows all partners, agents, retailers, and collaborators since 2013 to participate in distributing digital products and services on MobiFone network. Through the service, the company has helped businesses, organisations, and individuals to digitalise their business more easily.
After 27 years of providing telecommunication services, MobiFone’s participation in the Vietnam Value Programme with its modern IT solutions confirms its role as a digital service provider. With these solutions, the company does not only prove its capacity but also supports the digital transformation of the country. MobiFone plans to further promote its IT solutions to help corporations in their endeavour of transforming digitally. In addition, the company plans to research and launch several other solutions and increase investment in the development of IT products.
Amid national digital transformation, MobiFone remains determined to be one of the top providers in the country, while further expanding its ecosystem and contributing to building the economy and digital society.
