Masterise Homes tops out Marina Central Tower

The topping-out ceremony was held on May 10 and marks a significant milestone in the tower's development, celebrating three million man-hours dedicated to transforming this historically significant site into a vibrant riverside square.

Marina Central Tower is situated on a 6,000 square metre plot within Grand Marina, Saigon, the world's largest Marriott-branded residence project. This 55-story tower, with an additional five basement levels, stands as a landmark overlooking the Saigon River, complementing the nearby Marriott and JW Marriott residential towers. Located at the intersection of Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Huu Canh streets, with direct access to the Ba Son metro station, it offers unparalleled connectivity in Ho Chi Minh City. According to Avison Young Vietnam, Marina Central Tower, "can be the first and only 'transit-oriented' office building in Vietnam."

The tower boasts over 106,000sq.m of commercial space, including 87,000sq.m of Grade A office space, positioning it as one of the city's largest commercial buildings once complete. Marina Central Tower is also striving for LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.

Marina Central Tower serves as an ideal headquarters for large corporations and multinational firms, offering premium office spaces and serving as a hub for high-end retail and entertainment. It is a key component of Ho Chi Minh City's new square, which includes branded residences, green-certified office spaces, a high-end shopping centre, riverside parks, and a walking street integrated with modern transportation infrastructure like the metro and a marina.

Marina Central Tower will bring together the world's most prestigious companies and luxury retail brands, providing shopping, entertainment, and dining facilities for both office workers and residents of Grand Marina Saigon.

Slated for a grand opening next year, Marina Central Tower has appointed Mace as its project management partner. Mace, a global consultancy and construction firm headquartered in London, has managed some of the world’s most iconic structures, including The Shard in London, Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai, and Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City.
