Building on Manulife Vietnam’s digital strengths, customers will now be provided with a special one-pager form of the full policy packaged up in an exciting new connected experience.
The innovative design prompts customers to interact with the many digital solutions on offer, while also delivering a scaled-back version of the once paper-heavy policy kit.
Using their smart devices, customers can quickly and easily access their full ePolicy via the ManuConnect customer portal – the single online touchpoint to review and self-manage their policies.
The portal additionally serves as a knowledge centre to manage a customer’s policy portfolio throughout their term with Manulife.
Designed with feedback from both customers and advisers, the simplified policy kit also reflects changing consumer demands around environmental sustainability concerns and digital convenience.

Protecting Manulife Vietnam’s digital ecosystem and customer data is also a top priority, with the insurer having invested in industry-leading technology to mitigate fraud and cybersecurity concerns.
Manulife Vietnam’s paperless eClaims solution, which allows customers to submit a claim online in as little as a minute, was recently upgraded.
Manulife has partnered with a leading data analytics and AI technology provider to integrate real-time fraud detection into the existing claims platform. The addition of AI technology allows the insurer to proactively predict and detect potential fraud.
In addition, Manulife Vietnam remains committed to the highest standards of privacy and security for its customer’s information. The ManuConnect portal is protected by multilayered national and global systems, defined protocols, and sophisticated technology dedicated to keeping information safe.
