CB Richard Ellis Vietnam has introduced Indochina Plaza Hanoi (IPH) shopping centre, a part of IPH complex located on 239 Xuan Thuy street, Hanoi’s Cau Giay district to future tenants.

The five-floor, world class shopping center, which offers 18,000sqm for retail leasing, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2012.

One of the most significant commercial developments to be launched in Vietnam to date,

Indochina Plaza Hanoi is a three-tower residential, retail and office complex. With its dynamic design, high-end facilities and prime location, IPH offers a lifestyle of contemporary luxury and convenience that is on par with the highest international standards in the world.

IPH was developed by Indochina Land in partnership with a world-class team of international designers, led by renowned architecture firms Gravity Partnership of Hong Kong, Benwood Studio Shanghai and PTW of Australia. The development comprises Grade A office facilities flanked by twin residential towers, set above a vibrant retail and recreational podium which surrounds a unique central landscaped plaza area.

According to Peter Ryder, CEO of Indochina Capital, the parent company of Indochina Land, IPH will not only become a landmark for Hanoi residents, but will also serve as a benchmark for luxury properties throughout Vietnam.

“When we created Indochina Capital in 1999, it was always our intention to build a landmark project of international caliber in Hanoi. Indochina Plaza Hanoi is the realisation of this ambition; a vibrant and dynamic integrated community which will become a leading urban center and shopping destination at the heart of Hanoi’s burgeoning western districts,” said Ryder.

Richard Leech, executive director of CB Richard Ellis Vietnam, the exclusive retail agent for Indochina Plaza Hanoi shopping centrer, said: “We have been encouraged by the great response that we have received for IPH. The location, high traffic count, high density population within the immediate catchment area will ensure that IPH attracts consumers and those looking for a shopping center with a lively and exciting atmosphere. Tenants that book space at IPH will become part of a community focused on quality, value for money and uniqueness”.
