The 17 storey office building Han Viet Tower today officially launched to the market by Space 21 Fonexim, Posco E&C Vietnam and CBRE.

Located at 203 Minh Khai street, Hai Ba Trung district of Hanoi, the building has total of 19,448.16 square metre of high class office space.

The project was the first major modern commercial project in the rapidly developing

south Hanoi.

HanVietTower is invested by Korea’s KIM and developed by Space 21 Fonexim, which was established by Space21 of Korea and Northern Food of Vietnam and Posco E&C Vietnam joined as main contractor.

The developer has strived to use high quality specification and materials to provide occupiers with a modern, up-to-date working environment fit for major companies. In addition, the surrounding landscaping supports the style of the property and allows for a pleasant working environment.

The prominent location next to one of Hanoi’s major roadways also offers excellent

exposure for tenants to customers.

“The project, our first in Hanoi and Vietnam utilises high quality materials and design to provide a superior product. We see the south area of Hanoi as a major future business hub and are proud to be the first project to complete there,” said Lim Cheon Ho, CEO of Space 21 Fonexim.

The future development of the area includes the widening of Minh Khai street and the

development of major projects such as Vinaconex’s Mo Market and Vincom’s Time City.

Minh Khai and Hai Ba Trung are set to become major commercial, residential and retail

destinations in the future and tenants of Han Viet Tower are offered the opportunity to

locate early and beat the competition. Its location close on the road to the Vinh Tuy Bridge and close to Hanoi’s ring roads offers excellent access to both the airport and the major industrial zones in the capital’s neighbouring Bac Ninh province.

The properties flexible floor plates offer a wide variety of size variations from a small space of 55 square metre up to whole floors of up to 1,113 square metre.

Nathan Cumberlidge, associate director of CB Richard Ellis Vietnam, the exclusive

marketing agent for HanViet Tower, said: “The style, location and quality of the project

make it the number one choice for modern occupiers in south Hanoi. This project

represents a new phase of Hanoi’s development and the opening up of a new business

zone".
