The price of homes, fuel and construction materials saw the highest increase of 1.17 per cent against the previous month.
They were followed by culture, entertainment and tourism and transport categories, which saw the rise by 0.82 per cent, 0.78 per cent and 0.63 per cent, respectively.
According to experts, the price increase of most of the commodities were higher than those in September, but not remarkable.
