Additionally, Generali Vietnam also handed four syringe pumps to Danang General Hospital in support of the city’s COVID-19 emergency. All funds used came from Generali Vietnam’s staff fundraising activities.

In addition to the meaningful Mid-Autumn gifts, Generali’s executive management team and staff members wholeheartedly prepared and handed 500 hand-written cards to the disadvantaged child patients. With loving and encouraging messages, these cards were aimed at sending them healing energy, motivating and providing mental support to the children in their fight against illnesses.

Previously, Generali Vietnam had called for a fundraising campaign for its “Gen Yêu Thương” charity fund (GenCare) in support of Danang City’s COVID-19 emergency. All funds raised were used to purchase four syringe pumps which were delivered to Danang General Hospital.

“I am very happy and proud of Gentizens' (Generali Vietnam staff) giving, sharing, and caring spirit. We hope that these meaningful gifts and acts of kindness will motivate the children and their families, giving them more strength to overcome illnesses,” said Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO.
