Vietnamese prominent real estate developer Danh Khoi Group on July 20 partnered up with Japanese conglomerate Tokyu Corporation to uplift both sides to greater heights.
Danh Khoi Group and the Tokyo-headquartered conglomerate has inked a collaboration agreement last week to help fund and develop The Meraki project, a high-class condotel project located in Vung Tau City.
It is anticipated that the coming together of two large companies will result in a significant improvement in the level of quality in project development, as well as an increase in financial resources.
Nguyen Huu Quang, deputy general director of Danh Khoi Group emphasised, "In order to meet the ever-evolving needs, Danh Khoi aspires to bring top-notch, world-class products and services, and create high-quality urban areas with systematically well-planned infrastructure and convenient facilities. The partnership with a prominent group with more than 100 years of experience, such as Tokyo Corporation, not only validates Danh Khoi’s reputation, but also guarantees the quality of the project, providing a chain of high-class services and utilities, and generating unique and remarkable experiences for customers.”
A representative of Tokyu Corporation shared, "This momentous event is a milestone for the long-term and sustainable partnership between Tokyu Corporation and Danh Khoi Group. In the process of looking for strategic partners, we always prioritise choosing partners with the same development vision. Although it is just new cooperation, Danh Khoi and the group’s chairman Le Thong Nhat always show enthusiasm and agility with new trends, flexibly changing business methods to approach the market and delivering quality projects to customers.”
The Meraki is the first project to set the foundation of the cooperation journey and establish sustainable, long-term, and prestigious values for two corporations.
This world-class project is expected to not only meet the standard of high-class resort apartments with exclusive experiences and perfect living space but also to become a focal point of attracting investors in the future due to its good profitability.
Earlier this month, Danh Khoi Group was ranked among the top 10 Excellent Investors/Project Developers in 2022. The Vietnamese property developer has been continuously expanding its business in the country with first-in-class projects.
Meanwhile, Tokyu Corporation has a history dating back over 100 years and is now among the largest urban development corporations in Japan, along with its diverse portfolio including railway, retail, and others.
In Vietnam, Tokyu Corporation established Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. in 2012 with the intention of developing urban areas in Binh Duong.
