Danh Khoi Group strengthens collaboration with Tokyu Corporation

Danh Khoi Group and the Tokyo-headquartered conglomerate has inked a collaboration agreement last week to help fund and develop The Meraki project, a high-class condotel project located in Vung Tau City.

It is anticipated that the coming together of two large companies will result in a significant improvement in the level of quality in project development, as well as an increase in financial resources.

The Meraki is the first project to set the foundation of the cooperation journey and establish sustainable, long-term, and prestigious values for two corporations.

This world-class project is expected to not only meet the standard of high-class resort apartments with exclusive experiences and perfect living space but also to become a focal point of attracting investors in the future due to its good profitability.

Earlier this month, Danh Khoi Group was ranked among the top 10 Excellent Investors/Project Developers in 2022. The Vietnamese property developer has been continuously expanding its business in the country with first-in-class projects.

Meanwhile, Tokyu Corporation has a history dating back over 100 years and is now among the largest urban development corporations in Japan, along with its diverse portfolio including railway, retail, and others.

In Vietnam, Tokyu Corporation established Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. in 2012 with the intention of developing urban areas in Binh Duong.
