Facebook shakes hand with FPT

According to the agreement, FPT intends to become as a member of Facebook’s Preferred Developer Consultant (PDC) programme, as Facebook’s official developer of mobile applications specifically for Vietnam, and as Facebook’s official advertising sales partner in Vietnam.

Facebook’s PDC are experienced developers who have built numerous Facebook integrations and offer solutions ranging from contests, polls and campaigns to deeply integrated social experiences.  They serve as a resource to brands, celebrities, companies and organizations to help them enhance their Facebook Page or add engaging social features to their website. 

“ICT services and digital content sector is the core of FPT’s business and we always strive to create new products and services for our ever increasing consumer base. A partnership with Facebook - a social network that have been embraced by many Vietnamese users – is a reflection of our new strategy to scale and target the mass by providing more utilities on the core strength of the Group," said Nguyen Thanh Nam, former CEO of FPT and member of Board of Directors FPT Group.
