Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) has recently granted red books for the first homeowners of Sun Casa as well as unveiled a brand-new project in the southern province of Binh Duong.

Breaking ground in January 2018, Sun Casa is one of four residential projects developed by VSIP in Vietnam. Sun Casa is conceived as part of VSIP II in Binh Duong, offering quality and convenient housing and amenities to support the local communities and working population. The project is located in Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city.
Designed as a high-quality urban area, Sun Casa is taking shape to deliver a top-notch living experience, which is also organised around green spaces and facilities residents enjoyment. At the ceremony for customers held at Sun Casa last weekend, VSIP granted red books to the first homebuyers at Sun Casa since the handover half a year ago. Also, Savills has been appointed as the management agent for the project. With professional management services, Savills will help deliver a high-quality living experience and services for residents at Sun Casa.
Riding on the success, VSIP will introduce another brand-new project called Sun Casa Central, which is only 2km from Sun Casa. Covering an area of 30 hectares, Sun Casa Central comprises of 879 products like townhouses, shophouses, single villas, and semi-detached villas. The new project is located in the heart of VSIP II, Binh Duong.
With its strategic location, the project provides convenient access to key roads like Binh Duong Avenue, Belt Road 4, My Phuoc-Tan Van Road, and Provincial Road DT 742.
