Villas in Naman Residences launched to Hanoi market

Thanh Do Investment Development and Construction JSC just officially opened for sale Naman Residences in the central region’s Danang city with the price starting from VND10.9 billion ($519,000) per villa.

Naman Residences belongs to Naman Retreat, a prestigious beach resort developed by Thanh Do Investment Development and Construction JSC (Thanh Do).

With a total investment of $60 million and developed since May 2013, the resort occupies a prime location on Danang beach with a land area of 6.5 hectares and consists of two components: Naman Retreat - a 5-star resort and Naman Residences – a complex of beach villas.

Naman Residences, started its construction since October 2014, is offering 34 villas in four types, ranging up to 935 square metres each in land area.

According to Nguyen Thanh Nam, deputy general director of Thanh Do, “Naman” in Sanskrit means “good fundamental nature” of all things and men.

Located on Truong Sa Highway, Naman Residences is situated between two famous golf courses of the region which are Danang Golf Club and Montgomery Links.

Naman Residences is conveniently accessible from anywhere, and only 15 minutes drive away from Hoi An ancient town, 25 minutes to Danang International Airport.

Being part of the 5 - star resort complex Naman Retreat, residents of Naman Residences own private access to the entire 5 star amenities of Naman Retreat, including a conference centre, spa, beach bar, first class restaurant, and kids playground. All villas will be handed over to customers in March 2016.

Danang remains a promising market since it possesses all important factors that are catalyst for the development of real estate.

With the Amended Housing Law coming into effect this July, experts expect there is an increase in the demand for Danang properties, especially that of resort properties.
