Toyota Vietnam joins Japan Monozukuri and Supporting Industry Exhibition

Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) participated in the Japan Monozukuri (JME) & Vietnam - Japan Supporting Industry Exhibition (SIE) during September 4-6 in Hanoi

This is one of the activities towards the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan.

Participating in JME 2013, TMV displays the cut body of Prius hybrid in introducing Toyota Hybrid technology, as well as the successful application of this green technology.

TMV’s booth is designed with two main colours are white and blue: white - symbolising hybrid technology and green - symbolising the environment, with the cutting lines and equipment modern design, in order to demonstrate the successful application of the Toyota Hybrid technology on Prius - the car made up of modern technology but extremely fuel efficient and environmentally friendly.

Prius - the car brings the meaning "the pioneer" is displayed with a cut body, including a 1.8L engine, PCU, motor & generator, cooled-EGR, electric water pump, compressor, exhaust heat recovery system, battery, and acrylic in the shape of a Prius vehicle. In the middle body is a screen showing detailed description of the technology and the improvements on hybrid Prius through different generations to achieve maximum fuel efficiency and most environmental friendly.
