Marking the turning point of Thanh Xuan Ford when being upgraded from a 3S outlet to an authorised dealer, the event once again reaffirms Ford Vietnam’s commitment to expanding its authorised dealer network and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With the investment of more than VND52 billion and built on an area of 6,000 square metres in line with the latest standard of Ford Vietnam, the dealership has a 2,000 sqm outdoor area, an 800 sqm showroom, a two-floor factory with 18 bays for general repair services, four spray paint shops and 30 pain repair bays.
Focusing on enhancing customer services, Thanh Xuan Ford is equipped with advanced tools and equipment such as wheel gauge system, brake testing equipment, tires balance equipment, and modern shaped frame.
The dealership also has a line of fast spray pain in four hours which meets QualityCare certificate from Ford Vietnam.
