After more than 20 months of execution, BM Windows completed the production and delivery of 6,720 panels for the One Bloor West project (formerly The One Toronto), a building standing over 300-metre tall with 85 floors, officially becoming the tallest building in Canada.
This project features one of the most complex facade systems in North America, designed by Foster & Partners, and required strict compliance with technical standards set by ASTM International.
BM Windows served as a supplier and directly participated in the entire process, from technical design to fabrication, realising the stringent requirements related to climate, wind pressure, and precision.
The success of this project has been acknowledged by the investor as testament to the international capabilities of a Vietnamese aluminium and glass facade contractor.

After its mark in Canada, BM Windows has continued to affirm its status at the 55 Pitt Street project, a 238.1-metre-tall building with 55 floors in Sydney with three sides facing the main streets of Pitt, Underwood, and Dalley.
At the ‘heart’ of Sydney Harbour, next to the Sydney Opera House, in the Circular Quay central berth, 55 Pitt Street offers traffic optimal connections with a globally prestigious view.
The building was designed by a joint venture between SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot, and developed by Mirvac, with facade consulting by firms like Prism Facades and CoreFDM.
The construction aims for the most demanding green certificates such as 6-star Green Star, NABERS Energy, and WELL Core and Shell Platinum, using local materials and facade solution made from terracotta to strengthen heat insulation, mitigate environmental impacts, and forge a signature aesthetic with a curved facade.
From the early stages, BM Windows was deeply involved in technical research and solution development.
The company’s international experts travelled to Australia to work on-site, ensuring that all design and technical standards were met to the highest level and withstood the local climate.
This demonstrates BM Windows’ integrated capabilities in design, manufacturing, and execution when collaborating with leading international partners.
Alongside its international projects, BM Windows continues to play a leading role in Vietnam. Notably, at Long Thanh International Airport, the company is executing key facade and central skylight roofing packages.
The central skylight, covering over 11,000sq.m and composed of more than 5,400 triangular glass panels with 756 unique edge profiles, is considered one of the most complex glass structures ever built in Vietnam.
In addition, major new projects such as The Marc 88, Lumi Hanoi, Lotus HCM, and OSI Tower are now underway, highlighting the growing scale and depth of BM Windows’ execution reach.
The participation of a Vietnamese company in a series of iconic projects in North America and Australia, each with demanding technical requirements, stringent green standards, and tight timelines, demonstrates the maturity of Vietnam’s supporting industries on the global construction map.
