Sheraton Hanoi West is proud to be an international hotel situated in the heart of My Dinh area, Hanoi’s new rapidly evolving district. We have the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the impressive development taking place in West Hanoi.
In recent years, this area has attracted substantial investment in modern infrastructure and boasts excellent connectivity to Noi Bai International Airport. The growing presence of multinational corporations, the National Convention Centre, the National Stadium, and vibrant urban complexes has laid a strong foundation for making this locality openness, flexibility, and comprehensive service ecosystem, an ideal choice for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, business forums, and incentive programmes.
According to Mordor Intelligence forecasts, the events industry in Vietnam could reach $7.8 billion this year and continue to grow at a compound rate of 6.67 per cent, reaching $10.8 billion by 2030. To keep pace with our growth, Sheraton Hanoi West has identified meetings and events as a central strategic pillar for our long-term development.
So, we're really concentrating on three key priorities right now. First, we're creating custom experiences for different guest segments - designing packages that mix business with local culture, great food, and leisure activities. It's all about delivering extra value. Second, we're upgrading our tech and spaces to handle bigger, more sophisticated events - both indoors and outdoors. And third, we're strengthening partnerships across the industry - working closely with tourism groups, event planners, travel companies, and major corporations here in Vietnam to build strong connections and grow our client network.

| Situated in the heart of My Dinh, Sheraton Hanoi West boasts 510 guestrooms, one of the biggest capacities in Hanoi |
The Vietnamese government has identified the cultural and events industry as a strategic pillar in the national Cultural Development Strategy, recognising culture as a vital engine for sustainable economic growth.
The current wave of entertainment activities underscore the vast potential of Vietnam’s cultural and event industries. Therefore, every concert at My Dinh Stadium creates a ripple effect throughout the hospitality sector, including the Sheraton Hanoi West. Over such recent large-scale events featuring international sensations like Blackpink, Westlife, and Coldplay, as well as major Vietnamese idol performances such as Anh Trai Say Hi and Soobin Live Concert, we have noticed several trends; a noticeable rise in hotel occupancy during concert seasons; a younger and more diverse mix of guests, predominantly made up of domestic visitors; and a heightened demand for comprehensive experiences. Guests are looking for more than just a place to stay, they want extensive food and beverage services, transportation, pre- and post-event lounges, and memorable local activities.
We firmly believe that when culture, tourism, and hospitality come together seamlessly, the advantages extend beyond individual hotels – they enhance the entire city.
In addition to, Sheraton Hanoi West has 510 guestrooms, one of the biggest capacities in Hanoi, and can therefore meet a sudden surge in demand during these concerts. Operations-wise, we coordinate internally among departments and cooperate externally with the event organisers in advance to maximise safety, privacy, and comfort for the artists while ensuring that concertgoers and other guests have a seamless experience.
From a service perspective, for each concert, we design stay packages and mini-events/gatherings specifically for the fans to create a space where they can mingle with a like-minded community and enjoy the post-concert thrill.
