SeABank continuing preferential home loans

From now until end of 2013, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) continues implementing the preferential home loan campaign “Your home, our priority” offering favorable conditions and zero per cent per annum interest rate for the first month with a view to providing useful support to customers with real demand of houses.

When applying for a home loan at SeABank during the aforesaid period, customers shall be offered numerous attractive privileges such as free of interest for the first month and remarkably low interest rate of 10 per cent per annum to be fixed for the next 11 months.

Besides, the bank also gives commitment on providing answer to the loan application within five days since receiving the full receipt of loan documents according to regulations. Customers opening SeABank VISA credit card shall enjoy a 50 per cent discount on the card annual fee.

With “Home loan, Home improvement loan– SeAHome” product of SeABank, customers are eligible to the loan of up to 70 per cent of the house total investment, with maximum tenor of up to 15 years and a 12-month grace period for principal. Especially, customers may mortgage the house at the Bank as well as apply installment payment method with interest to be calculated based on the actual outstanding loan. All procedures are simple to ensure quick disbursement.
