Herbalife Vietnam showed its support for Xa Dan School to hold the Sports and Culture Day 2022. Held on April 18, the event was part of the school’s annual agenda to promote healthy living and cultural values among its pupils.

The day opened with art and music performances by students, followed by exciting games including a Tug of War and Sack Races. The event also showcased over 40 paintings drawn by Xa Dan School’s pupils showing their love for Hanoi.

Herbalife Vietnam started the Casa Herbalife programme at Xa Dan School in 2018 to help improve nutrition at the school with grants totalling over $76,000. In addition to food subsidies, Herbalife Vietnam also coordinated with local nutrition experts to conduct educational classes for the children, encouraging them to adopt habits of eating healthy food and living active lives through the Star Program.

Xa Dan Secondary School is among the first and most prestigious educational institutions for hard-of-hearing and deaf children in Vietnam. Every year, 20-30 hearing-impaired pupils graduate from this school and successfully integrate into the community. The school has 26 classes with over 500 pupils.
