In 2018, Carnival came into the market as a digital agency specialising in the production of digital content. Carnival did not only focus on developing and strengthening creative content capacity but also placed a substantial amount of its investment in video production equipment from the get-go.

This has enabled Carnival to professionally execute ideas and ensure the strict requirements of production. In 2019, only two years after establishment, the number of customers coming to Carnival rose sharply with increasing requests to make online videos and other content.

Towards the goal of becoming a digital agency specialised in consulting and producing creative digital assets, Carnival functions as a hybrid agency with its production house that can propose creative ideas, plan campaigns, and produce different types of content.
Carnival's goal has been to bring partners the best possible business results with well-perceived, interesting, and engaging products targeting the right audiences.
Leveraging rapid growth, Carnival has made two major changes, that is the standardisation of operating procedures and expansion of personnel. From a small company with just five members and three departments, Carnival currently has more than 30 employees working in diverse departments.

After three years of operation, Carnival has achieved many awards, including Most Contagious Campaign 2020 by Contagious Magazine, the Tiktok Trendsetter Award 2020, Best Digital Strategy - Tangrams APAC 2020, Best Use of Digital | Social Media at the Festival of Media 2021, and Creative Agency of The Year 2021 at MMA Smarties APAC.
