While investing in building customer-service centres across Vietnam, the company continues to develop and expand its service network to better satisfy customers’ needs through its general agency office system.
This expansion plays an important role in AIA Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy as it offers more convenience to customers in approaching life insurance products and services.
“The general agency offices are one of the crucial links helping AIA Vietnam bring timely and efficient services to customers and agents in different locations. Besides, by establishing these offices, we would like to create more jobs to local residents who will have the opportunities to join AIA Vietnam’s professional agency force,” said AIA Vietnam’s CEO Stephen Clark.
On this occasion, AIA Vietnam granted hundreds of scholarships and sport equipments worth of VND60 million to help needy and studious pupils in these two locations.
With these two general agency offices starting operation, AIA Vietnam’s current operational network comprises nearly 50 offices throughout the country. Parallel to constantly ameliorating the service quality, the company has been introducing new products in order to better meet customer’s increasing and diversified needs.
