Thus, parallel to injecting capital into opening customer-service centres in localities throughout Vietnam, the company will further grow and expand its service network to better satisfy customers’ needs through its general agency office system.
The move is of great significance to AIA Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy as it enables the company to render its clients multiple benefits in approaching life insurance products and services.
“The general agency offices are one of the crucial links helping AIA Vietnam to bring timely and efficient services to customers and agents positioned in different localities. Besides, through founding these offices, we want to create more jobs to local residents who will join in AIA Vietnam’s professional insurance agent team,” said AIA Vietnam’s general director Stephen Clark.
With these four general agency offices entering service, AIA Vietnam’s current operational network exceeds 40 offices throughout the country. Parallel to constantly ameliorating the service quality, the company is striving to roll out new product line-ups catered to customers’ diverse needs.
On this occasion, AIA Vietnam donated hundreds of scholarships and sport equipment worth VND120 million ($4,800) to help needy and studious pupils and underprivileged children in these four locations.
