The centre is a “One Stop Shop” for customers looking to view properties for sale. There will be an exciting menu of developments from across the country in 200 square meters of exhibition area.
Exclusive advisory services from the Knight Frank team will offer customers a selection of properties which exactly meets their needs.
John Gallander, country managing director of Knight Frank Vietnam said that Knight Frank prided itself on being forward thinking, innovative and a trusted partner when it came to selling investment and development real estate.
“We are very excited that we launch The Knight Frank Property Centre, it is a cutting edge concept that has seen huge success for our clients on an international level and we are sure that this will continue here in Hanoi,” Gallander said.
Foundation members of the center are Indochina Land, CapitaLand, Grand Capital, PVC Hong Ha, Venesia, Nova Land, and Havana.
According to Ross Lightfoot, head of residential sales and marketing for Knight Frank Vietnam stated that the centre was about encouraging the whole industry to work together rather than the common method of closing doors to outside agents in fear of losing a sale.
“Knight Frank understands it is better to make a sale in partnership with others than to not make a sale at all,” Lightfoot said.
The Property Center concept is long overdue in Vietnam.
“The Vietnamese property buyers are becoming far more educated and experienced. Their tastes are changing as are their shopping expectations when looking for property,” he added.
