The award recognises CapitaLand’s efforts to incorporate internationally good design principles and practices at Beau Rivage, CapitaLand’s latest residential development in Vietnam.
Beau Rivage is located at Thanh My Loi Ward in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2, an up and coming urban precinct, comprising 962 apartments across four residential tower overlooking Saigon River.
Beau Rivage will offer residents a wide array of recreational facilities, lush landscaping and a carefully planned layout to promote good natural ventilation within the development.

In the last two years, our two residential projects in Vietnam namely The Vista and Mulberry Lane, were each conferred the Best Development Marketing award at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009 and 2010 respectively.”
In the residential sector, CapitaLand has a portfolio of over 4,000 apartments across four quality residential projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In October 2010, CapitaLand set up a new strategic business unit, CapitaValue Homes, to capitalise on the growing demand for value housing in Asia.
CapitaValue Homes has an initial pipeline of over 2,500 value homes in China and Vietnam. CapitaValue Homes will develop approximately 500 value homes in District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City. Its other maiden project is a site estimated to yield over 2,000 value homes in Wuhan, China.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the long established International Property Awards to recognise the best practices in the real estate sector across the world.
