Vietnam’s 15 best real estate projects honoured by Vietnam Investment Review readers

The ceremony to honour 15 best real estate projects in Vietnam, as voted by Vietnam Investment Review readers, was held today at the headquarter of the newspaper in Hanoi.

The voting started at the end of 2016, with 58 projects up for voting. After one month, 268,362 readers voted to choose the 15 best, which led in five criteria namely location, design, facilities, connectivity, and the degree to which the developer honours their commitments.

The Vietnamese real estate market is exciting but there are still many issues. The recognition of our readers is the biggest gift to the developers, who are striving for a healthy real estate market that serve long-term residents.
