They will be shown in the Megastar Cineplexes in Hanoi, HCMC, Danang, and Haiphong. In Can Tho, Ninh Kieu Cinema is the selected venue for showings.
The festival is part of GREAT Week, which showcases the best of what the U.K. offers in Vietnam. All shows are free and tickets can be collected at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at British Council in HCMC, Hanoi, MegaStar Thuy Duong Plaza in Haiphong, Megastar Vinh Trung Plaza in Danang and Can Tho’s Ninh Kieu Cinema.
For the first time, outdoor showings will be organized in the rural district of Hoa Vang, Danang. To entertain the villagers in Hoa Vang, Mr Bean’s Back to School and the award-winning animated film Lost and Found will be presented.

A Private Function depicts a Britain which is very similar to the post-war era in Vietnam when eating meat was a luxury and meat smuggling was a serious crime. The Witches stars Academy Award-winning actress Anjelica Huston and the comedy and fantasy based on the book by author Roald Dahl was a huge hit.
Four Weddings and a Funeral catapulted Hugh Grant to global fame, was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture and became the highest-ever grossing British film at the time, making in excess of US$245 million.
Shaun of the Dead was a critical and commercial success which launched the career of Simon Pegg, who stars as a man trying to win back his girlfriend while having to deal with an uprising army of zombies.
