Stunning car event in Ho Chi Minh City

The seventh Vietnam Motor Show 2011 will run through November 16-20, 2011 at Ho Chi Minh City’s Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC).

Alongside local players Toyota Vietnam, Honda Vietnam, Mercedes Benz Vietnam, GM Vietnam, Suzuki Vietnam, and SAMCO the show is expected to lure more than 100 enterprises nationally and internationally in various sectors like accessories, spare parts, interior decoration, bank and insurance.

The Vietnam Motor Show 2011 will display nearly 60 new cars, car concepts and spare parts and accessories from local and international manufacturers and distributors. The show will also witness some impressive Motor Sport imported versions.

Popular car models in the market include Fortuner, Corolla Altis, Yaris of Toyota, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Lacetti, Chevrolet Aveo, Chevrolet Spark and Chevrolet Captiva of GM Vietnam, new version E-class 2012, C-class 2012, SLK350 and CLS350 of Mercedes Benz.

Besides, the show will render multiple choices to visitors with specialised vehicles such as buses and bus bedding from SAMCO.

The most attractive thing at Vietnam Motor Show 2011 compared to other shows is the presence of cars which have never appeared in Vietnam such as the famous Camaro in Transformer Movie and a family car still withhold from GM; and Toyota’s eye catching sport car FT-86G.

Moreover, at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam’s booth, the public will have exciting time with high capacity sport car through the toy model emulating racing car Gran Turismo 5.

The Vietnam Motor Show 2011 will provide an important catalyst for local car market development in 2011 and 2012.
