Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam sponsors “Inspire Sports” Photo contest

Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam is proud to be the sponsor for the first^t prize of “Inspire Sports” Photo contest, jointly organised by the British Embassy and East Meets West, an American non-governmental organisation based in Vietnam.

The photo contest is part of a series of events to promote the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games’ legacy in Vietnam. Professional and amateur photographers are called to send in their photos of people with disabilities in sports with the aim to demonstrate how sports can enrich the lives of disabled people and encourage more of those into sports.

It also aims to contribute to the change in the way people think, feel and behave towards disability and disability sports to create a more open and diversify community.

Photos could be submitted from July 27 to October 8, 2012 under printed version to East Meats West in Hanoi or in soft copy to thethaohoanhap@gmail.com.

Supporting and serving people with disabilities is one of the critical pieces of the bank’s brand promise of Here for good. The sponsorship for the “Inspire Sport” initiative is in line with the its strategic intent to lead the way through Diversity and Inclusion.
