
This opening will also be the first store in Hanoi to welcome the latest luxury suitcase collection Bossa Nova, besides other ranges such as Salsa, Salsa Deluxe, Salsa Air, Limbo, Classic Flight, Topas, Topas Stealth, Topas Titanium and Bolero.
The German company opened its first store in Vietnam in 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City as the forerunner in luggage luxury and was one of more than 100 stores all around the world, according to Dieter Morszeck, CEO and president of Rimowa.
“Over the past one decade, we have witnessed the luxury market growing in Vietnam. The opening of the first store in Hanoi testifies our trust in the potential of this country, in a development that attracts different types of Rimowa customers: business people, brand-conscious travelers and fashion affined customers,” he said.

The 97 square metre Hanoi store is expected to attract one of city’s trendiest and most fashionable crowds who will be able to touch Rimowa’s pioneering spirit of modern travel culture and technology shown through premium materials and the signature grooved design.
On this special occasion, Rimowa has launched the Bossa Nova collection in Vietnam, together with the other new travel products.
Bossa Nova is the new luxury range from Rimowa which attracts attention not only because of its striking design, but also because of its charity aspect.
The company donates part of the sales proceeds to Brazilian non-profit organisation Saúde e Alegria in order to support projects in the Amazon region.
