NAC Real Estate yesterday opened an information portal, which will focus on offering information on the local real estate market in Vietnam.

The website – world.vietnammls.net – is primarily aimed at overseas Vietnamese living and working in the US, Canada, European countries, ASEAN and Pacific regions.

World.Vietnammls.net is the third portals created by NAC Real Estate, which has previously launched VietnamMLS.net and VietnamLease.com.

According to the company, NAC was one of the leading companies in applying digital technologies to introduce and promote the real estate market in Vietnam.

The company, which won first prize in the “Challenge $20 million of Mekong Venture” in 2008, is a real estate consultant that provides services in commercial properties (industrial zones, hotels, office, retail, new urban areas and high-end apartments).

NAC Real Estate provides a comprehensive range of brokerage services and value-added business advice in commercial real estate to leading international corporations, institutions and portfolio owners across Vietnam.

With its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, the firm operates in all major real estate sectors including office, industrial, capital markets/ investment, retail, hospitality and corporate services.
