PropertyGuru kicks off seventh Vietnam Property Awards

The 7th Vietnam PropertyGuru awards will add a new highlight for technological innovation and gold standards in the real estate sector as novel evaluation and scoring criteria for this year's edition.

The 7th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards officially starts

In 2020, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards online gala series, the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region, was viewed by more than 516,000 viewers and property investors in more than 75 countries worldwide. This year, the highlights of the Vietnam gala event will air on the History Channel, the official cable TV partner of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, reaching an even wider international audience.

Main category winners of the 7th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards may advance to the 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Finals 2021, where they will compete with the region’s most outstanding developers and projects for the title of “Best in Asia”.

The 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Finals will be hosted in Bangkok, Thailand on December 9 and will be preceded by the 2021 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, the tech and thought leadership platform of PropertyGuru Group.

Vietnam accumulated three regional accolades at last year's Grand Finals, with Ecopark Corporation JSC, Kien A Corporation, and Gamuda Land Ho Chi Minh City JSC besting companies across the region for the coveted awards of Best Township Development (Asia), Best Hospitality Architectural Design (Asia), and Best High Rise Condo Landscape Architectural Design (Asia), respectively.

The country’s winning and highly commended developers and projects will be named on October 8, at an exclusive black-tie gala dinner and awards presentation in Ho Chi Minh City. The gala event will strictly follow health and safety protocols as recommended by local authorities.
