The new working space launched by Nestlé Vietnam |
The project has been developed based on Nestlé’s culture of positioning human resources as the core of its sustainable development.
“In addition to improving the daily lives of people, Nestlé always creates the best facilities for their own development, instilling our proud spirit in our future personnel, and contributing to the company’s growth,” said Truong Bich Dao, Nestlé Vietnam’s personnel manager.
A working environment that inspires the collective spirit and boosts creativity is an important part in helping new recruits succeed. Therefore, Nestlé Vietnam has just launched a new working space with a fresh design. The new space is expected to meet the demand of the majority of the company’s personnel aged 22-37.
Nestlé’s efforts to develop and maintain an effective personnel policy and up-to-date working spaces to lure and retain talents have been repeatedly recognised by international organisations specialised in personnel. Potentially the most prestigious of these awards is the latest HR Awards where the company was honoured as one of the best working places in Vietnam in 2018.

In March 2019, personnel company Anphabe and market research company Nielsen published the list of 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam in 2018 ranking Nestlé second. At the same time, the company also topped the list of multinational companies. Moreover, Nestlé Vietnam was honoured as the company with the best policies for personnel in 2016 and 2018.
Nestlé Vietnam currently recruits more than 2,200 personnel and runs four factories across the country. Entering Vietnam in 1995, the company has kept expanding the scale of investment and diversifying its products to meet the demand for food and nutrition, contributing to a healthier future for Vietnamese consumers.
