In November, prices of gold and US dollars also experienced sharp increases. Gold went up by 8.85 per cent while the US dollar surged by 4.48 per cent. Therefore, changes in exchange rates have been affecting prices of domestic good made from imported materials, leading some goods increased prices in the beginning of November.
