CEN Group last week launched Vietnam’s first real estate supermarket in Hanoi’s Cau Giay district. The 2,000 square metre centre displays dozens of projects from throughout the nation and CEN Group vice president Pham Thanh Hung said the supermarket was better than other real estate transaction centres.
Under regulations, each real estate transaction centre must have minimum space of 50sqm for services and an additional 20sqm for every added service, and most centres have limited space.
“Different from other centres, our centre is able to offer the better space for customers and project developers,” Hung said.
He said fees for customers and developers would be also lower. Nguyen Le Trang, business manager of the supermarket, said despite the real estate market being frozen, the supermarket welcomed 300 customers, who made 30-40 successful transactions per day.
Trang said the displayed projects were carefully selected accordingly to their legality, construction progress and developers’ capacity. She added that the supermarket was also a place for discussion, negotiation, distribution, marketing solutions, market research solutions and business ideas.
CEN Group is becoming one of the leading property brokers in Vietnam’s real estate services with a network throughout the country. At present, the supermarket has 20 projects on display including Van Phu Victoria, Huyndai Hillstate and FPT Danang.
