BW Tan Hiep Logistics Park is poised to capture the vast logistics potential of the Long Thanh area, being the only logistics project to be located within 5km of Long Thanh International Airport.
With construction slated for completion by December 31, 2025, the park is perfectly timed to coincide with the airport’s inaugural commercial flight on September 2, 2026.
Long Thanh is projected to handle up to 100 million passengers and five million tonnes of cargo annually, equipped with the necessary infrastructure and facilities to attract numerous logistics players and transform the area into a dynamic logistics hub.
The park features modern facilities designed to meet modern logistics needs, including 9-metre ceiling heights for optimised vertical storage and operational efficiency, along with a single-floor layout for enhanced logistics flow and ease of goods movement.

Additionally, BW Tan Hiep Logistics Park is strategically positioned just a 30-minute drive from Cai Mep Port and at the crossroads of two major transportation routes: National Road No.51, which connects Dong Nai and Vung Tau, and Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, linking Ho Chi Minh City CBD to the northern provinces.
Moreover, the upcoming Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, which will link southern Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta to Dong Nai and Vung Tau, along with the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Highway, which connects Binh Duong and Dong Nai to Vung Tau, will enhance the project’s accessibility and solidify its position as a critical logistics hub.

“We believe the 64-hectare project will become a major logistic hub, significantly boosting air freight activity across Dong Nai and the broader Southeast region,” said Lance Li, CEO of BW.
The first phase of BW Tan Hiep Logistics Park offers a total leasable area of over 95,000 square metres.
In addition to BW Tan Hiep Logistics Park, BW has established Ho Chi Minh City’s first and largest e-commerce logistics hub, serving leading e-commerce and last-mile players since 2019.
This hub is home to Shopee’s largest and most integrated logistics facility in Vietnam, a built-to-suit sorting center for J&T Express, and a tailored warehouse for Giaohangtietkiem, among others. As the city grows and key infrastructure improvements enhance connectivity, new clusters such as BW Tan Hiep Logistics Park are expected to become increasingly attractive to logistics players.
