SSI selected best equity house in Vietnam for third time
Finance Asia Magazine has picked Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) as the best equity house in Vietnam in 2011.
The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange-listed securities firm secured the award for 2009 and 2010.
The prize is part of the annual Finance Asia Country Awards, granted to companies and organisations that provide the best services in banking, investment banking, and securities consultancy and brokering in Asia.
In addition to SSI, Finance Asia has named Techcombank as the best bank in Vietnam, Viet Capital the best investment bank in the nation, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Co. as best brokerage in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, HSBC has won the best foreign commercial bank and the best foreign investment bank award went to Credit Suisse.
